Bad Interface

  Bad You get a system-generated message from a SaaS app and wonder for a while how you're meant to respond. Then you realise the response field is about 30cm away (on my screen) down the bottom, like some forlorn footnote. Guilty Party ServiceM8 Insult to Injury The example text in the response field has anomalous HTML codes showing, probably due to an app bug
